Bonvillains three

Third and last for now, I know I said two but I'm feeling that infrequent muse, so enjoy it while you can. This third villain is Pulsar, and the poor bastard had an "atomic heart" in his chest which allowed him to fire "pulse-bolts" from a fiber glass staff. Was anyone checking the science in these books? Anyway Pulsar tries to be good, then his family dies so he tries to be bad, remote control bomb in chest goes boom, and crispy fried Pulsar haunches were enjoyed by all.
